Prof.
d. Wael El-Degwy ,Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research confirmed
on the importance of the role of high institutes of higher education system and
called for the need to raise the level of the educational process by including
helping to prepare graduates to the required levels and referred to the efforts
made by the Ministry of Higher Education in the follow-up the level of
performance of various types of institutions including contributed at the
beginning of the necessary development aspects to pay institutes around the
better performance of educational process.. This came at a meeting of the
Supreme Council for the affairs of private higher institutes at morning, chaired
by Minister of higher education, which was held at the Ministry of Higher
Education that is according to the website of the Ministry of Higher
Education.
The
Board approved on transfers rules of new students concerning higher private
institutes in 2014 coordination. These controls require that the Ministry of
Higher Education to notify all private institutes by numbers allocated to them
on the basis of human and material resources for each Institute no later than
15/06/2014, according to the proportion of students to faculty members in the
light of the data received from each of the Institute in this regard and after
card issuing nomination for students applying through the Office of coordination
,student is granted two weeks to do to submit his papers and pay the expenses of
the Institute, who has been nominated to him and each Institute fulfillment of
numbers prescribed to him (without increasing any student) and that of the
student candidates through coordination office or students who applied for the
conversion of the Institute, numbers assessed include all students who obtained
the certificates of general secondary and equivalent diplomas, and technical
certificates of Arab and foreign high-Azhar, and allows for high school students
Azhar transfer of the private institutes like the rest of the certificates, and
the private institutes to send ultimate statements for students enrolled in the
institute by the end of October every year, the lists are not final until
approved by the President of the education sector.
The
Council agreed to reconsider the application of the system of credit hours in
institutes, and the need to develop specific rules for the application of this
system with the conversion of all the institutes to study chapters studying at
the system, nor does it apply the credit hour system only if it meets the
conditions of the institute applying the credit hour system. The sector
committees shall prepare their own rules.
The
Board approved the collection of the weakness of tuition fees for the fund of
high private institutes and faculties that have accepted students in violation
of the names of the final, which was sent to the institutes of the Office of
Coordination and grace of these institutes a time limit in the case of
non-compliance will be applied by law, including the administrative closure.
